So this is the very first time I have ever given a review and I was incredibly impressed with Aurora Chrysler. I have gone years driving my better half's old car, so one Monday afternoon I insisted it was time for me to grow up and get a new car for my self as a really early birthday gift to myself. I went to Aurora Chrysler thinking "I'm going to meet some ass that just wanted to sell a car just to make some money" but I was wrong. I can't speak for the other sales reps but my sales rep Alex, who is now a friend, was amazing. Alex had all the answers to all of my questions. He helped me find the right car for me and worked out a great deal. On Saturday when I went to pick up my new car, the car was not really to my liking. I am a clean freak and a little wired by some of the smaller details missed. In response, Alex went out of his way, prepared a rental car for me quickly and got it cleaned up like the car should be in the show room. Alex is friendly, will go out of his way to make sure you leave 100% happy, car or not, and will tell you the truth.
